It is our policy that all app sales and non-subscription in-app purchases are final. The app stores where we do business may have different refund policies and, in those cases, their policy applies and overrides our own.
Some of our apps offer auto-renewing subscription access to certain features within the app or to remove in-app advertising.
Subscription prices will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase and, for each renewal, within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel a subscription service at any time during the subscription period via the subscription settings in your iTunes or Android account, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect on the day after the last day of the current subscription period.
Certain subscription features in our apps may be offered for a period of time on a free-trial basis. You are free to cancel a free-trial subscription at any time via the subscription setting in your iTunes or Android account. Please note that your free-trial subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the free-trial subscription period (Apple) or you cancel before the end of the trial period (Google).
We make no representation that any of our apps will continue to function beyond the installation date. Their functionality may be negatively impacted by the removal of, or changes to, external data sources on which we rely, to mobile device OS updates, or to other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to add or remove features or functions to our existing apps. We may require the updating of our apps on your mobile device when we release a new version of an app, or when we make new features available.
